Conduct Triannual Project Review¶
(Activity) for Tier: Governance
View TrainingPURPOSE¶
The Triannual Project Review provides a bidirectional opportunity for executives and project leaders to directly communicate about project performance examining personnel, resources, project planning, quality, and issues. This direct communication allows for an independent examination by both perspectives of progress, intent, and performance in a direct communication forum.
