- Company Annual Operational Plan is released
- Organizational Training 3-Year Strategic Plan is released
SUB-ACTIVITIES¶
Assess Annual Training Needs
- Collect technical training needs assessment from Business Unit Development Managers
- Consolidate business unit assessments
- Map available training resources to training needs
Create Organizational Training Tactical Plan
Identify & document performance gaps
Document organizational-level, project-level and compliance training needs
- Organizational-level: Training provided to employees across multiple projects/teams
- Project-level: Training unique to the tools or methods used by a project/team
- Compliance: Training in safety, security and human factors
Review identified training needs with Executive stakeholders
- Assess target audience, budget and schedule
Update OT Product List
Create Training Schedule
- Create schedule for training
- Publish training dates
