PURPOSE

Goals and Values Awards are designed to recognize sustained, exceptional performance and/or significant contributions over an extended period of time that represents a major portion of the employee’s area of responsibilities, including performance or project goals above and beyond normal performance expectations.

ENTRY CRITERIA

Need entry criteria for Goals and Values Awards

SUB-ACTIVITIES

  1. Nominations for Values

    • Nominations for Values Awards are selected from TIP Card Recognitions submitted throughout the t-period in InnovaNet.
  2. Nominations for Goals

    • Based on the company’s top goals, the appropriate Executive who sponsors the specific goal will submit their nomination.
  3. Review Nomination

    • A committee will review all submitted nominations in InnovaNet and vote. For values, one employee will be selected for each TIP value: Trust, Innovation and Passion. For goals, one employee will be selected for each corporate goal.
  4. Award Presentation

    • Winners will be announced at each tri-annual All-Hands Company Meeting. Winners may receive monetary awards/cash equivalents or non-monetary awards/tangible gifts.
