Process Action Plan¶
A process action plan describes the actions to investigate, define, and/or implement an improvement to a process asset (i.e., policies, processes, templates, guidelines, and/or other process aids). A process action plans should be comprehensive enough to provide stakeholders the clarity needed to execute the plan and achieve the desired outcomes. At a minimum, a typcial process action plan should identify the following:
- the problem being addressed
- the stakeholders who will execute the plan
- the action(s) to be performed
- when the action should occur
- acceptance criteria that will be used to measure success
