Improvement Opportunities¶
A documented improvement to organizational process that is aimed at making processes more effective and efficient. There are three sources for improvements:
- Project: A project has provided a proven or researched improvement path that may benefit the organization
- PPQA Audit Results: Audit result trends are analyzed across time and determine that an organizational process can me modified
- Appraisal: The organization has been appraised and determined process strengths and/or weaknesses.
