Release Plan

The Release Plan outlines a forecast and potential impediments for releasing an increment of the product to the end user.

While the release plan may be an amalgamation of several artifacts including work items in Azure DevOps, documents, timeline(s), Wiki content, or other. It always has a central starting point and fullfils customer expectations for the project. Project teams ensure the format of the release plan has buy-in from the customer and its relationship to CPARS is well known to the project team.
