Data Cleansing Findings Report¶
Contains a record of changes made to data sources in accordance with the Data Cleansing Plan. the Data Cleansing Findings Report shall address the critical data elements affected by missing data, i.e. number of affected observations, and characteristics of the affected observations. The Data Cleansing Findings Report shall address which observations have been affected by erroneous, or missing data. The Data Cleansing Findings Report shall also detail the actions taken to address the affected observations and provide characteristics of the affected observations that enable analysis of trends or patterns of corruption in the data sources.
