Process Improvement Plan

A plan that outlines process improvement objectives based on organizational business needs and feedback coming from projects. These objectives can be broken down into Epics, Features and User Stories. All other components of the plan including team structure, resource needs, required training etc. are captured within Azure Dev Ops wiki pages.
