PURPOSE

The purpose of this policy is to ensure organizational training (OT) is effectively managed within InnovaSystems International, LLC (ISI).

SCOPE OF THE POLICY

This policy defines the alignment of OT to support the company’s mission and strategy.

APPLICABILITY

Responsibility for OT is divided among members of OT and all stakeholders of OT processes. OT must ensure that all employees observe the appropriate use of OT policies and procedures. OT team members must comply with OT policies and procedures.

AUTHORITY AND COMPLIANCE

This policy is authorized by the Chief Operating Officer (COO). Compliance to this policy is evaluated through an appraisal/audit process. Results are provided to the appropriate personnel and noncompliance issues are submitted to the Executive Team.

POLICY STATEMENT

Organization Training shall:

  1. Develop an OT Strategy that aligns to the company’s strategic plan
  2. Assess the training needs of the organization
  3. Develop an annual training plan to support the OT Strategy and training needs
  4. Manage delivery of training
  5. Develop or maintain the resources needed to uphold our training capability
  6. Manage emergent training needs
  7. Maintain training records
  8. Assess training effectiveness
