PURPOSE

The purpose of this document is to ensure effective decision making practices are consistently managed within InnovaSystems, International LLC (ISI).

SCOPE OF THE POLICY

This policy specifies the conditions and expectations for decision analysis for all ISI product teams.

APPLICABILITY

Responsibility for conducting a fair and unbiased decision analysis belongs to the team member charged with establishing the decision criteria. Project Leads must ensure responsible team members are adhering to this policy.

AUTHORITY AND COMPLIANCE

This policy is authorized by the COO and compliance to this policy will be evaluated through an appraisal/audit process. Results will be provided to the appropriate personnel and non-compliance/issues will be submitted to the Business Unit Leads and the Executive team for remediation.

POLICY STATEMENT

The purpose of this Decision Analysis Resolution (DAR) policy is to aid in the creation of an product level process to aid in performing basic decision analysis based on objective criteria. This policy establishes expectations to be used in evaluating decision alternatives against established criteria.

InnovaSystems shall:

1. Establish, maintain and execute a product DAR Process
2. Establish DAR trigger criteria and Events
3. Establish standards to select and rank potential selection criteria
4. Create a minimum viable process for ranking evaluation criteria and the effectiveness of proposed alternatives against evaluation criteria
