Application Lifecycle Management Tool Policy

PURPOSE

The purpose of this document is to establish the policy regarding application lifecycle management tools and technologies that will be used to manage software centric product and services development within InnovaSystems, International LLC (ISI).

SCOPE OF THE POLICY

This policy defines the standards for authorized tools for work item/work product management and is applicable to all ISI software development project teams developing software business solutions and services.

APPLICABILITY

Responsibility for utilizing a common set of application lifecycle management tools shall be divided among multiple Roles. Project Leads must ensure the team is adhering to this Policy. Project personnel must comply with this ALM policy.

AUTHORITY AND COMPLIANCE

This policy is authorized by the Chief Operating Officer (COO) and compliance to this policy will be evaluated through an appraisal/audit process. Results will be provided to the appropriate personnel and non-compliance/issues will be submitted to the Business Unit Leads and the Executive team for remediation.

POLICY STATEMENT

The ISI Application Lifecycle Maintenance Tool Policy has been introduced to establish an organizational expectation for the use of enterprise products as intended. This will ensure aligment and success with the ISI Measurement and Analysis program.

InnovaSystems shall:

1. Utilize Azure DevOps toolset as the primary work tracking and management system.
2. Utilize Azure DevOps toolset as intended and defined within the product documentation and help files.
3. Utilize SharePoint project site for work product organization, management and tracking (excluding source code).
