Prepare Contract Deliverable Documentation

PURPOSE

The purpose of this activity is to write and edit the required contract deliverable documentation.

Once contract deliverable documents that need to be delivered for a release have been identified and assigned work items, the user education specialist (UES) works with the applicable project stakeholders to write and revise a draft of each applicable document.

WHEN

At the start of a release cycle, work begins on supporting documents according to release plans.

ENTRY CRITERIA

SUB-ACTIVITIES

  1. Prepare initial draft

    • Create or update draft of the document.
    • Provide draft to subject matter expert for review.
  2. Review and revise the draft

    • Review the draft to ensure quality.
    • Provide final version to project manager for approval.
    • Provide final version to customer for signature and approval when required.

EXIT CRITERIA

  • Contract deliverable documentation has been reviewed and approved.
  • Time is appropriately allocated or applied to tasking.
