Prepare Contract Deliverable Documentation¶

View TrainingPURPOSE¶
The purpose of this activity is to write and edit the required contract deliverable documentation.
Once contract deliverable documents that need to be delivered for a release have been identified and assigned work items, the user education specialist (UES) works with the applicable project stakeholders to write and revise a draft of each applicable document.
WHEN¶
At the start of a release cycle, work begins on supporting documents according to release plans.

INPUTS¶
ENTRY CRITERIA¶
- Task work items have been created
- Tasking aligns to the requirements outlined in the Contracts Data Requirement List.
SUB-ACTIVITIES¶
Prepare initial draft
- Create or update draft of the document.
- Provide draft to subject matter expert for review.
Review and revise the draft
- Review the draft to ensure quality.
- Provide final version to project manager for approval.
- Provide final version to customer for signature and approval when required.
EXIT CRITERIA¶
- Contract deliverable documentation has been reviewed and approved.
- Time is appropriately allocated or applied to tasking.
